Abstract

Disclosure of Narcotics Syndicate Networks Based on Technology Intelligence by BNN RI in the Context of Law Enforcement in Narcotics Crimes. In order to support Intelligence activities, BNN has confirmed Head of BNN Regulation Number 7 of 2023 concerning Development of the Use of Intelligence Technology. This regulation forms a strong legal basis to support and regulate the use of technology in intelligence activities at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). As a legal umbrella, this regulation provides clear and comprehensive guidance regarding strategies, policies and the implementation of intelligence technology to strengthen BNN's capabilities in fighting illicit narcotics trafficking. In the Decree of the Head of the National Narcotics Agency Number 1101 of 2023 concerning Standard Operational Procedures for Micro Government Administration within the National Narcotics Agency. The SOP is not only a technical guide for Intelligence Directorate personnel, but also a basis for maintaining integrity and efficiency in carrying out intelligence activities.
