Implementasi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) Dalam Mewujudkan Program Smart City Di Kota Bekasi

Abstract

Technological advances have had a considerable influence on the world of Indonesian government. Through Presidential Decree No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (EBGS), all agencies, both central and regional, are challenged to create new innovative products, especially in public services. This is because considering the community's evaluation of public services and government performance is quite poor. In response to this, the Bekasi City government issued Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System within the Bekasi City Government with the aim that agencies in Bekasi City can compete with other regional agencies as well as a form of supporting the smart city program. This study discusses the implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System in the Bekasi City Government Environment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection is done through library research. Based on the results of the research conducted, the implementation of these regional regulations has been carried out by three government agencies that have created new innovative products, namely the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registry Service, the Bekasi City Social Service and the Bekasi City Health Office.
