Abstract

Abstract (In English). This study discusses the introduction to the science of Usul Fiqh through an epistemological and interdisciplinary approach, positioning it not merely as a normative legal science, but as a method of critical thinking in understanding revelation and social reality. Usul Fiqh serves as an intellectual foundation that bridges between text and context, between divine sharia and human fiqh. This article also highlights the relationship between sharia, fiqh, and ushul fiqh in the formation of Islamic law, as well as their relevance to Islamic education and da'wah in the modern era. By integrating a hermeneutic approach, Islamic legal philosophy, and educational theory, this paper shows how Usul Fiqh becomes a dynamic instrument for interpreting Islamic values ​​in responding to contemporary challenges.
