The Decision of the Depok District Court Number.3467K/PDT/2021, is one of the models for resolving land acquisition disputes for infrastructure development in Depok City, using consignment. The results of the study show that the process of resolving land acquisition disputes for infrastructure development is subject to the provisions of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest. This is because the consignment regulations in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest relate to collective or public interests. The settlement of land acquisition disputes for infrastructure development in Depok City in the Decision of the Depok District Court Number.3467K/PDT/2021, uses the provisions of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest. Initially, there was a dispute over legal ownership of the land that would be used as the object of the toll road development infrastructure. This law strictly regulates the steps that must be taken by government agencies in terms of providing compensation for land obtained from residents and whose ownership is still disputed. The government is very careful in providing compensation to the rightful owner. The compensation prepared by the government is deposited at the Depok District Court, waiting for the completion of the legal process regarding who the legal owner of the land object is.
