Strategi Manajemen Stres untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Akademik Siswa Generasi Z

Abstract

Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menelaah dampak tekanan psikologis terhadap pencapaian akademik pada Generasi Z. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para penerima Beasiswa Aqsha di jenjang SMA dan SMK. Instrumen tersebut menilai berbagai dimensi stres, meliputi gangguan konsentrasi, tekanan dalam lingkungan belajar, intensitas kecemasan, dan pola pengerjaan tugas; aspek penurunan motivasi serta pandangan terhadap masa depan juga turut dievaluasi. Di samping itu, "Metode Stres" diterapkan guna mendalami mekanisme tekanan yang dirasakan siswa. Hal ini mencakup identifikasi sumber masalah, persepsi individu terhadap pemicu stres, hingga strategi penanggulangan yang dipilih. Temuan riset mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas siswa menghadapi hambatan dalam memusatkan perhatian, merasa tertekan oleh situasi kelas, kerap mengalami kecemasan, dan kehilangan semangat belajar. Beragam metode penanganan stres yang dilakukan siswa telah teridentifikasi, antara lain melantunkan ayat suci Al-Qur'an, mendengarkan musik, beristirahat, serta melakukan aktivitas fisik. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan adanya korelasi yang nyata antara tingginya tingkat stres dengan performa belajar, sehingga peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa Generasi Z dapat didukung melalui penerapan manajemen stres, seperti teknik relaksasi dan pengaturan waktu yang efektif.
