Abstract

The revolutionary transformation of Islamic financial technology necessitates comprehensive scholarly investigation into the efficacy of Islamic fintech normative frameworks in enhancing optimization of Islamic social fund governance (ZISWAF) within contemporary digitalization contexts. This investigation employs normative juridical methodology through structured interview exploration with strategic stakeholders across Jakarta-Tangerang metropolitan areas, encompassing OJK regulatory authorities, ZISWAF digital platform operators, Islamic economic law academicians, and end-user communities. Analytical processes implement multi-source triangulation to validate consistency and reliability of research findings. Implementation of Islamic fintech regulatory frameworks demonstrates substantive transformative implications, reflected in transaction volume escalation reaching 172% throughout the 2021-2023 period with accumulative value realization of 72 billion rupiah in 2023. Determination of ZISWAF digital governance effectiveness is influenced by complex synergy among technological dimensions, regulatory aspects, and socio-cultural variables, wherein artificial intelligence integration and big data analytics contribute significantly to operational transparency optimization. Optimal juridical construction necessitates formulation of specialized Islamic fintech regulations for ZISWAF sector, strengthening inter-institutional harmonization, and developing adaptive frameworks accommodating regulatory sandbox mechanisms to support sustainable innovation.
