FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PROSES PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PASIEN PENDERITA ULKUS DIABETIKUM DI RS HERMINA JATINEGARA

Indonesia berada di posisi kelima dengan jumlah pengidap diabetes sebanyak 19,47 juta. Prevalensi penderita ulkus diabetikum di Indonesia sekitar 15%, angka amputasi 30%, angka mortalitas 32%. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan proses penyembuhan luka pasien penderita ulkus diabetikum di Rs Hermina Jatinegara. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 40 responden. Sampel di ambil dengan Teknik total sampling. Analisis
yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi squre dengan α = 5%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan proses penyembuhan luka pasien penderita ulkus diabetikum usia (p=0.000 < 0.05), manajemen nutrisi (p=0.005 < 0.05), kadar gula darah (p=0.006 < 0.05), perawatan luka (p=0.032 < 0.05), stadium luka (p=0.030 < 0.05). Simpulan hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara faktor – faktor (usia, manajemen nutrisi, perawatan luka, kadar gula darah, dan stadium luka) dengan
proses penyembuhan luka pasien penderita ulkus diabetikum Saran bagi peneliti lain dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teori mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penundaan penyembuhan luka pasien penderita ulkus diabetikum dengan metode yang berbeda
