Abstract: An integrated information system plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting accurate managerial decision-making. This study designs and implements a web-based daily area report information system at Naga Swalayan, managed by PT Wijaya Satya Mandiri, to address issues in manual recording and reporting such as delayed submissions, data entry errors, and difficulties in data aggregation and operational analysis. Developed using the Waterfall methodology—covering requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance—the web-based system employs a structured database for secure and automated data storage. Daily reports from each area can be entered digitally and stored immediately, streamlining search, aggregation, and periodic printing processes. The results demonstrate that the system improves the speed and accuracy of data recording, facilitates managerial monitoring, and supports decision-making based on centralized, real-time data, thereby making Naga Swalayan’s operations more efficient and transparent.
